You may call us anytime to place your order by telephone. Our usual office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM EST. We will be happy to take your order by phone or assist you with ordering online, whichever you prefer. If we are unable to take your call, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. We look forward to speaking with you!

You may fax your order to us at any time. Feel free to use the EASY-FAX-ORDER FORM in the back of your catalogue or the one provided with each of your shipments. We will send you a confirmation fax. If you would like a confirmation call as well, please indicate that on your fax.

and Repeat Last Order. Gifts ordered from any
of these screens are sent to the Shopping Basket.
Orders may be edited at any time from your Shopping
Basket.

Gift Tags
Truly unprecedented in style and quality, our custom designed gift tags personalized with YOUR PROPERTY'S NAME and/or logo are a small detail that will make a profound statement! If you would like to choose your special message, please state exactly how your tag should read in the 'Special Instructions' section at checkout. Our standard message is "A gift created especially for you" and your property name will be printed below. We will print your gift tags, keep them in our shop and then tie one to each of your gifts as you place your orders. There is a one-time printing and set-up charge of $22.50 for a standard set up and $27.50 to include your logo and desired font. To order our gift tags, please enter "YES" to the Gift Tag question found at the bottom of the checkout screen immediately following your address information. Current clients already set up with gift tags may skip this step.

Payment Terms
We accept cash or check. Payment is due net 30
of the invoice date once credit is established.
The cost of shipping and handling will be added
to your invoice upon shipment. As an eco-friendly gesture, all invoices will be emailed immediately after your order has shipped. A 2.5% finance charge or $20.00 late fee (whichever is greater) will be added to all past due accounts. You will be responsible for all collection costs incurred. Our prices reflect a 3% cash discount. If you wish to use credit we will be happy to accommodate you. You will, however, forfeit your cash discount.
Corporate Accounts
Would you like to have a unique standard collection of gifts customized specifically for your properties? Would you like to benefit from increased buying power? If you said "Yes", then you might be interested in opening a corporate account. By committing to purchase a minimum amount of gifts each year, Can You Imagine? will help you create your exclusive gift line and pass along any savings resulting from your commitment. Minimums
Our minimum order is one case. There are 12 gifts
per case unless otherwise stated. (Case sizes
are the most efficient way to pack and ship your
gifts, and therefore allow us to keep your shipping
costs as low as possible.)
Delivery
Your gifts will be handmade at our shop within
four business days from the time you place your
order. They will then be shipped using UPS Ground
Service. We are also happy to ship Overnight,
2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select upon your request,
(Additional charges for expedited shipping will
apply.)
Samples
We certainly understand the need to order samples.
As a result, you may order individual gifts for
sample purposes without ordering an entire case.
You will be charged the individual gift price
plus shipping and handling for each sample ordered. We are unable to accept
any sample returns.
Substitutions
Though rarely does the need present itself, we
reserve the right to substitute an item of equal
or greater value. We will do our very best to
inform you of any such changes.
Returns
Merchandise must be returned to us within 7 days
of receipt. Please call in advance. All returns
are subject to a 20% restocking fee. (Shelf life
varies gift to gift, from 1 month to 2 years.
We will be happy to assist you in selecting gifts
with a longer shelf life if you so desire.) No
returns will be accepted more than 7 days after
receipt. We do not accept returns on samples or
custom orders.
Natural Variances
As part of the natural, handmade and often rustic essence of our unique packaging selections, each gift may vary ever so slightly. This adds a wonderful bit of individual character and style to each gift.
Custom Gifts
Can You Imagine’s? design department continuously develops new and exciting apartment gift solutions. We understand that occasionally we might not have exactly what you’re looking for. If you have an idea for a new gift that utilizes items from our existing inventory and you are willing to commit to purchasing a minimum of that gift per year, we will happily make it for you.
